Question

Is there parking on the premises?

Answer

Yes! We will have a valet service--and yes it’s free! [NOTE: If you arrive at the venue late after 4:30pm, there will be no valet service, and thus you'd be able to park on your own at the parking lot. Those that do arrive early/on time, when the valet service ends, they will put keys into a box and hand them to a designated person that will be responsible for them. So by the time the event ends or if you need access to your car at any point, the box will be in a designated safe place.

Question

Venue's Accessibility

Answer

The 1909 has plenty of stairs but for those that have some trouble with that, no worries! The 1909 has an accessible way to get from your vehicle down to the venue via golf cart and vice versa. Simply ask a staff member from The 1909 to help you. The staff will be present all throughout the event.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both ceremony and reception will be held at The 1909.

Question

Can I only RSVP online?

Answer

Yes, the only way to RSVP is through the link that was personally sent to you either via text message or DM.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

No, we will not be having alcohol served. We will have other soft drinks and etc.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

BOTH! The ceremony and part of the reception will be outside. Then when it's dance time, we will move to indoors. [Keep in mind, it will be the beginning of Autumn, and we are up in the mountains and the weather tends to be cooler-please dress accordingly, or take a sweater just in case!]

Question

Wedding dress code

Answer

Formal attire or cocktail attire. [ NOTE: there are stairs and grass, so for those that plan to wear heels--blocks heels, or wedges are recommended.

Question

Can I bring my child?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

What is your wedding hashtag?

Answer
