Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires after February 4th, 2020 (6 months from the date of entry into Mexico). Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.
Roshni and Parth will be providing round trip airport transfers for their guests. Please submit your flight details no later than one month prior to arrival, on the given link: https://www.shaadidestinations.com/roshni-and-parth
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best. Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.
While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely must stay 2 nights, please contact us at hello@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Shaadi Destinations allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.
