*If you haven’t watched a bollywood movie before… here you go: Opening Scene: Dhaval goes to Virginia Tech and Roshani goes to University of Virginia (rival colleges). They are introduced to each other by a mutual friend and they instantly bond over their shared love for mischief, music, and witty humor. Time Lapse over the years via a song: they continue to frequent each other's colleges or would run into each other as their social circles merged together. Their friendship strengthens as they find themselves to be at ease with each other and find unwavering comfort in each other’s presence as they tackle different challenges life throws at them. Climax: Dhaval realizes he has a crush on Roshani. After some encouragement from his friends, he finally decides to tell her. Sadly, Roshani denies having similar feelings. Sad song: Dhaval takes it in stride, promising their friendship will not change and claims to be over his crush. However, every time he is around Roshani’s exuberant amazing personality, that “small” crush just re-emerges. He finally decides to distance himself and Roshani claims, started to ignore her. Ending: Soon after, Roshani’s brother and Dhaval’s cousin get engaged to each other resulting in more frequent get togethers and hangouts. Roshani was watching Dhaval play a fun game of Cranium with her cousins when it hits her “do I have a crush on Dhaval?” They secretly decide to give it a shot and quickly find themselves head over heels for each other. Finale Song: to be played out Oct 18-20th, 2024. We feel extremely fortunate for how fate has had our love story play out.
