WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
Formal Wedding Attire / Black Tie *OPTIONAL* Cocktail dresses, evening gowns, and dark suits are encouraged, but please wear what makes you feel comfortable! All events will be held indoors. Outdoor patio access will be available continuously throughout the night.

WHAT TIME DOES IT BEGIN?

Doors open at 5:30 PM. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. We kindly request you arrive early to enjoy a champagne greeting and account for heavy traffic in the area.

IS THERE SHUTTLE SERVICE?
Answer
Yes! Shuttles will be picking up and returning guests from the Westin and DoubleTree Hotels in the Newport area. If you booked your stay outside of our room blocks but plan to use the shuttles, please let us know so we can make sure there’s enough space for everyone.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Answer
Yes! Complimentary valet parking is available for all of our guests. To validate your parking, please follow these steps: 1. Scan the QR Code for ParkingPayments.com (QR codes can be found in the venue parking lot, inside the lobby, and at the valet station). 2. Enter your phone number and license plate number, then select the Daily Max option. 3. Enter the validation code: MARITIMEV Your parking will then be validated. Since this process may take a few minutes and traffic in the area can be heavy, we recommend allowing extra time when arriving so you can get settled and enjoy the celebration stress-free.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Answer
Due to a limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate extra guests unless listed on your formal invitation. Thanks for understanding!

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
Answer
While we love your children, we have decided to keep our wedding as an adults-only event. We hope this allows all parents a night off to relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to celebrate our special day with us.

WHAT FOOD WILL BE SERVED?
Answer
We’ll be offering a variety of cuisines, with vegetarian options available upon request. If you have any food allergies, please let the venue staff know and they will ensure you have safe choices available.
