Please dress in formal attire for our event at Scioto Country Club. This is a black-tie optional dress-code event. Jeans are not permitted at this venue. Because our event is so wonderfully close to valentines day, feel free to celebrate your love with our love and the holiday, whether it be in reds, pinks, purples, or even blues! Guests, if you wish, feel free to change into something more cocktail friendly for our after-party at Urban Meyer's Pint House.
Our venue at Scioto Country Club will be serving a heavy selection of o'dourves, a cheese & vegetable display, along with a carving meat station and pasta! Don't forget the cake! As for drinks, heavy wine pours, liquor, champagne, beer, sodas, and water will be offered! At Urban Meyer's Pint House, we will have a small selection of snacks provided for guests. Guests will be able to drink under our tab to a certain point, servers will notify guests when they will have to start paying for their own drinks.
Please RSVP by December 15, 2024. An RSVP has been provided to you in your wedding invitation, with an envelope included to send in. Please include the name(s) of who is attending and number count. Please also include if you plan to attend the after-party and number. Respectfully, if you do not RSVP, your absence is assumed.
No. This in an adult only event. We have a strict guest list. Invitations include who is invited on the front. Only specific person(s) were notified if they could bring an additional plus one.
At SCC, we expect guests to mingle/drink while being served appetizers. We will have a couple of food stations, somewhat of a "buffet" style - guests can choose where they sit, as there are no seating arrangements. We wanted to give our guests the freedom to sit where they please. Two tables will be reserved for immediate family members only. As for the bride bride and groom, we will be sitting at our own lovers table for two at the head of the room. Guests will not have to pay for drinks or food. It is an open bar.
Our reception will be where us and our guests will mingle, drink, eat, and toast. There will be a short amount of time designated for a few special speeches and announcements. At Urban Meyer's Pint House, we will all be gathering to drink and celebrate even more!!! Maybe some of us will even venture about the bridge-park area!
A shuttle will start transporting guests from the AC Hotel in Bridgepark at 2PM to go to Scioto Country Club. Guests will then be shuttled from Scioto Country Club to Urban Meyer's Pint House after the reception is finished. Shuttle services from Scioto Country Club to Urban Meyer's Pint House end at 7PM. Guests are welcome to drive themselves or utilize the shuttle. Vehicles are permitted to stay overnight at the Scioto Country Club Parking lot. If you are driving to Urban Meyer's Pint House, there are several parking garages located in the area to utilize. Disclosure: The shuttle WILL NOT be returning back to Scioto Country Club at the end of the evening after dropping guests off at Urban Meyer's Pint House. Please note that guests are solely responsible for their transportation.
