FAQs

We will have more information for you as we get closer! Watch this space.
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors to the venue will open at 5pm. Ceremony will start at 5:30pm!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Nope! Leave 'em home. Plus, don't you want a night off? For a local CPR certified babysitter, check out BroadwayBabysitters.com.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

We will not have transportation to and from the wedding, so we encourage you to hail a taxi/Uber/Lyft or take the subway! If you're staying in the nearby hotels, it's a simple 2 block walk.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While we know it'll almost be Halloween, we recommend leaving the dinosaur costume at home. Otherwise, let your freak flag fly. Those in the biz call it "dress to impress formal." And yes, you're allowed to wear black!

Question

Do you have hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the travel + accommodations tab for our recommendations. We have hotel room blocks or available discount codes at these hotels but availability is not guaranteed so you are encouraged to book early!

Question

Is there valet or on-site parking?

Answer

The venue does not have valet or on-site parking (though they will help with load/unload). If you are arriving by car, parking can be difficult around the block. Here are some parking garages that are around the area. Please allow yourself AMPLE time to park (think: waiting to get in a garage for ~45 mins). Question

So uh that whole COVID thing?

Answer

We want to make sure everyone leaves our wedding with their health in tact (though some livers might be slightly worse off), especially since there will be older folks and immunocompromised people in attendance (like the bride and groom!). We recommend taking the following precautions: 1. Please test before coming to the wedding if possible! And if you test positive, we love you so much, but do not come. There will be no hard feelings whatsoever, we want you and everyone to be safe. 2. Wear a mask if you're traveling. Airplanes (and subways) are notoriously gross! 3. Don't forget about COVID boosters! In New York State you're able to receive them at any pharmacy. Thank you so much in advance for being safe!
