Question

Why is this an Adult Only event?

Answer

We want our wedding day and reception to be as free from distractions as possible. We also want to ensure that our guests have a chance to let loose and relax for an evening, without having to excuse yourself to run after/care for your little ones. Also, due to budget constraints and venue space, we have carefully came to the conclusion that our event will be adult-only. We understand if you are unable to find adequate childcare and cannot attend. Just let us know in advance if you are unable to make it so we can make the proper adjustments with our seating and catering.

Question

When should I send back my RSVP?

Answer

Send back your RSVP ASAP. Haha! We really would appreciate if you could send back your RSVP as soon as you possibly can, but no later than March 31, 2018. We want to ensure a proper headcount for seating and catering. We also have an option here on the site where you can submit your RSVP through the link provided.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a guest?

Answer

Our RSVPs will state whether or not you are allowed to bring a guest. If your RSVP reads "_____ of 2 invited guests will be attending", you are allowed to bring one (1) guest with you. If your RSVP reads "____ of 1 invited guest will be attending", you cannot bring an additional guest with you. If you have misplaced your RSVP, please follow the RSVP link provided and once you type in your name, it will give you one of two options. If you are allowed a guest, the page will show your name and your guest's name (unless your guest's name is unknown) and you can indicate whether you and your guest will/won't be attending. If you are not allowed a guest, the page will only show your name and you can indicate whether or not you will be attending.

Question

What if my "plus-one" isn't attending, and I am coming alone?

Answer

If you were given the option to bring a guest and you will only be attending yourself, write "1" in the number of guests that will be attending on your RSVP card and send it back. If your guest is undecided on whether or not they will attend, simply indicate "2" guests will be attending and contact one of us if your circumstances change. If you are using the RSVP tool on our site, there will be options on the page to indicate whether or not you and your guest will be attending.

Question

What if something changes with my RSVP (ex: My guest reconsidered and decided to come; I (we) won't be attending)?

Answer

We understand that certain circumstances change and emergencies happen. If you've already sent us your RSVP, please call or email one of us to advise us of the change so we can adjust our attendee list for seating and catering. We kindly request that your final decision on attendance be given to us no later than April 7, 2018 as we need to provide an accurate final head count for seating and catering.
