Stanley Hotel
The Stanley Hotel served as the inspiration for the Overlook Hotel in Stephen King's 1977 bestselling novel The Shining and its 1980 film adaptation. It was also a filming location for the related 1997 TV miniseries. You don’t need to stay here to check it out! They have ghost tours, a wine bar, and Colorado's largest selection of whiskeys and single malt scotches.

The Rock Inn Mountain Tavern
This is the restaurant Rosemary works at, great food & live music daily from 5:00-8:00. They do not take reservations, but take call aheads if you call 30-45 min before your arrival they will add you to their waitlist.
YMCA of the Rockies - Estes Park Center
Especially great for people with kiddos, they have horseback riding, mini-golf, expansive arts & crafts center, playgrounds, and more!
Fun City
Another great option for people with kids, or people in touch with their inner child ;) Giant rainbow slide, go-karts, bumper boats, and more!
