Alex and Rosemary met in April of 2018. Brought together by fate and the magic of OKCupid, Rosemary caught Alex's attention with the line "talk bread to me" based on his clear love of baking. Their first date was supposed to be at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, but an unexpected turn of events led to them getting banh-mi sandwiches, followed by a walk through a nearby park. They bonded over their mutual love of bread, cheese and binge watching their favorite streaming shows. It didn't take long for Rosemary to convince Alex to move to Astoria where they live still today. They have two rambunctious and adorable cats Pidge and Hank, a curious leopard gecko named Dewey, and a regal bearded dragon named Lio. Everyone who knows Rosemary and Alex says that they always bring out the best in one another.
