Rose and Jan first met on Match.com. Rose took the initiative and reached out to Jan first. He liked her smile, and she liked that he was a huge geek. Rose was 30 minutes late to their first date because she couldn't find parking in Little Italy, and Jan thought he was being stood up. Luckily, he waited for her. They had pasta and got ice cream. Neither of them wanted the date to end, so they went to Coin Op to play arcade games afterward.
