Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you’re settled in and ready for the big moment. In order to give the processional time to line up, please be in your seat at least 10 minutes before the ceremony start time.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Please wear cocktail attire that you are ready to dance in! Please note when choosing shoes, the ceremony chairs are placed in the grass.

Will there be parking at the venue? Can I leave my car?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at Stone Valley Meadows. Cars may be left overnight, as long as they are picked up by 10 am the next day.

I'm traveling from out of town. Where should I stay?

Answer

We are currently working on reserving a block of rooms at a nearby hotel. More info to come!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception! We will have a selection of wines, beers, and cocktails available, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, however only those listed on the invitation are asked to join us on our big day. If you're unsure, please reach out and we'll confirm.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Your invitation specifies whether or not you can bring a guest. If you're unsure, please contact us and we'll confirm.

Will there be a meal provided?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving a dinner at the reception. There will also be a vegetarian and gluten free options. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please be sure to let us know when you RSVP.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at Amazon and Zola. You can find our registries on our website to purchase gifts or to contribute to a cash fund.

Is there a gift preference?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift of all! However, if you’d like to give something extra, we would be grateful for contributions to our honeymoon fund or any items from our registry. Please don’t feel obligated to give.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow our professional photographer to capture the moment. However, feel free to snap away during the reception!

What happens if I can’t attend the wedding?

Answer

Q: What happens if I can’t attend the wedding? If you’re unable to attend, we completely understand! Please let us know via the RSVP form so we can plan accordingly. We’ll miss you but will be sure to share photos and memories after the big day!
