On average, late August ranges from the 70s to the mid 50s at night (comfortable to a little cool). Since it is a desert environment, the weather can range widely in a day. Come prepared for sun in the day, and some coziness by the fire at night!
Santa Fe is elevated 7,199 ft above sea level, which means some people experience some effects from high altitude. We recommend drinking a bit more water than you usually anticipate, and plan to be a little sleepy day 1. If you are concerned about the altitude, it may be advisable not to plan too tight of a schedule and arrive a little earlier...which we would welcome!
Not necessarily - there are shuttle services between the airports and hotels. In addition, we will provide transportation to and from the day-of events. If you plan to range wide and do a lot of outdoor exploring, though, a vehicle is recommended.
Our ceremony is fully outdoors and the reception in a large indoor-outdoor ballroom and courtyard, so we hope that will mitigate concerns around COVID. We also plan to be following up with requests around vaccination status.

We would love to see your kiddos at the Welcome Drinks on Friday. However, we ask that only children who are explicitly named as guests attend Saturday's ceremony and reception. We hope it's a good excuse for you to enjoy a night out!
