Travel

Texas Family & Friends Fly into Allentown’s airport (ABE). American Airlines runs flights there. For cheaper options, check Philadelphia (PHL) or Newark (EWR). From the airport, grab a rental car or hop on a Trans-Bridge bus into town. Albany Family & Friends Driving is easiest. It’s about 3.5–4 hours to Allentown. Carpool playlists encouraged. Syracuse Family & Friends You’re looking at a drive of about 3.5–4 hours too. Snacks, coffee, and good company will help the miles go by. NYC Family & Friends Quickest option: drive, about 1 hour 45 minutes. Bus options: FlixBus or Trans-Bridge Lines run NYC to Allentown routes (about 2–2.5 hours, tickets from $25). If you prefer not to drive or bus, you can take a NJ Transit train toward Newark or Bethlehem, then switch to a local bus or shuttle into Allentown. It takes longer but makes for a quirky little travel day.
