We’re so excited to celebrate with you in one of our favorite places! Whether you're into boating, beaching, bar hopping, or just lounging by the pool, there’s plenty to do (or not do) in Islamorada. Here are a few of our favorite spots to check out while you're in town.

WHERE SHOULD I EAT?

Hobo’s Café Aaron and Sara's favorite—great for seafood - try the Key West style fresh catch! Lorelei Cabana Bar Laid-back vibes, live music, and sunset drinks. Morada Bay Beach Café Great for toes-in-the-sand dining and tropical cocktails. Square Grouper A little fancy, super tasty—worth the reservation. Lazy Days Classic Keys seafood with ocean views. Chef Michael’s Local fine dining favorite—fresh fish done right. Florida Keys Brewing Co. Craft beer, colorful setting, and chill backyard vibes. Midway Café Great coffee, breakfast, and smoothies—perfect for a slow morning.

WHAT ARE SOME THINGS TO DO NEARBY?

Robbie’s Feed tarpon, grab a bite or drink, shop, rent kayaks or paddleboards, or book a fishing or snorkeling trip. Islander Watersports / Sundance Watersports Paddleboards, jet skis, parasailing, and sunset cruises. Fishing Charters Islamorada is known for world-class offshore and backcountry fishing—tons of great local captains available to book. Alligator Reef Lighthouse Amazing snorkeling spot—book online. Theater of the Sea Dolphins, sea lions, and a tropical setting—great for all ages. History of Diving Museum Super cool (and air-conditioned!) spot with diving history, old gear, and quirky exhibits.

.

Windley Key Fossil Reef State Park Short trails through fossilized coral rock formations—great for a quiet walk. Anne’s Beach Chill spot with boardwalks, shallow water, and picnic tables. Library Beach Park A small, hidden gem—great for a quick dip or quiet moment. Founders Park Local beach and rec area with a marina, walking trails, and playground. Small fee for non-residents. Indian Key Historic State Park A kayak-accessible island with trails and ruins from the 1800s. Long Key State Park A scenic stop with shaded hiking trails, picnic shelters, and a peaceful beach—perfect for stretching your legs or enjoying the quieter side of the Keys (and Sara grew up going here!).

DAY TRIPS

Key West About 1.5 to 2 hours from Islamorada - Worth the drive if you’ve never been. Sunset at Mallory Square, Duval Street bars, the Southernmost Point, and the Hemingway House are just a few highlights.
