What is your COVID-19 vaccination policy for the event?

Answer

In order to protect the health and safety of our guests, we have made the very difficult decision to follow city and venue mandates that all guests must be fully vaccinated in order to attend the wedding. Attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination (either your physical card or a photo on your phone) accompanied by a photo ID and must be fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to the wedding (October 2, 2021 deadline). Verification of vaccination information will be done by venue staff when guests enter the building that evening. Unfortunately there is no option for unvaccinated individuals to still attend by wearing a mask – the new city guidelines do not permit that option. We understand that health decisions are a personal choice. But we hope you will support us in our decision to move forward with the wedding we always wanted, and perhaps consider getting vaccinated (if you haven’t already done so) so you can be with us in October.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be available to transport guests from the Kimpton Hotel Monaco to and from the ceremony/reception. Guests staying at the Renaissance are welcome to walk one block and hop on the shuttle. Guest transportation will not be available from the Holiday Inn Express Penns Landing or Home2Suites.

Due to venue COVID-19 regulations, unvaccinated children and children under the age of 12 are not permitted.
