Check in at the welcome center. This will be the first building on your right after you enter under the Frost Valley YMCA entry arch. Please note you will need your license to check in.
The ceremony starts at 4:00 PM on Saturday - please arrive a little early to check-in comfortably. If you’d like to enjoy more time at the beautiful grounds, unwind a little, and turn the weekend into a mini getaway, you're warmly invited to arrive as early as Friday afternoon.
The ceremony will be outside weather permitting. The reception is indoors.
Dress Code: Semi-Formal to Formal Dress to feel your best—cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or slacks and a button-down are all perfect. Ties and jackets are welcome, but not required.
For guests with onsite accommodations breakfast is included on Saturday and Sunday! Please go to the dining hall on campus to get breakfast. It is served from 8:00-9:00am.
Parking is available on-site and is free for all guests. You will receive a map when you arrive at the Welcome Center with details on where to park for each event. Everything is onsite so you also have the option to walk from your overnight accommodations to the ceremony/reception areas.

Check-in is at 2pm. Check-out is at 12pm.

This is an active campground. There are other visitors here this weekend. Please be respectful of the other guests and avoid bringing open containers beyond the reception/your lodge space. Walk whenever possible, if you must drive, drive carefully and respect the posted speed limit. Some of the accommodation spaces feature antiques, please be gentle with your space! Have fun!
