Question
When should I plan to come?

5pm on Friday we'll be set up for you to check in to your room. Dinner will be at 6:30. If you want to come earlier, just let us know!

Where should I park?
Answer
Please park in the main lot right next to the main Massanetta Springs entrance. There are a couple spots up by Hubler Lodge you can use while you check in, but after unloading please park in the main lot.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The ceremony will be in a field and the reception will be indoors. Please wear whatever feels festive to you! Yes, this is intentionally vague.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5pm - please arrive before then with time to park and find your seating.

Can I pay for lodging when I arrive?
Answer
The office is only open during business hours - please pay in advance by calling Massanetta Springs (540-434-3829) or through Rose (@Rose-Byler Venmo, rosebyler@gmail.com PayPal).

Room Assignments?
Answer
We've assigned who's staying in which building (and who's sharing a bathroom, if applicable) - let us know if you have questions there. When you check in at Hubler Lodge upon arrival, we'll give you your room number and check-in details.

What if I NEED coffee before brunch starts?
Answer
The Meyer Aunts will be setting up breakfast snacks and coffee in the gathering space just off the Hubler Lodge lobby. There will also be snacks there in the afternoon if you need a little something to get you through from brunch -> reception.
Question
What should I do on Saturday during the day?
Answer
Hang out! There will be lawn games by the Spring House and up at Hubler Lodge there will be snacks and rocking chairs. Take this opportunity to get to know some of our other friends/loved ones! On the "Things To Do" tab there are also some options for exploring the area if that's more your speed.
