When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible and no later than August 1st.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Hyatt and Embassy Suites (see Travel page). There are a number of other hotels in the area including the Curtiss Hotel, Westin, and Aloft. There are also lots of options on Airbnb - our venue is close to the Allentown and downtown neighborhoods.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

All guests are welcome to join us for Welcome Drinks at Osteria 166 on Friday night starting at 8 PM. There will be an open bar.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be at 5 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

There will be two rounds of shuttles running between the hotels and the Saturn Club before and after the wedding. To the Wedding: -Shuttles from the Hyatt Regency depart at 3:40 and 4:25 PM -Shuttles from the the Embassy Suites depart at 3:55 and 4:40 PM Returning from the Wedding: -Shuttles will depart the Saturn Club at 10:15 and 11:25 PM Note: the hotels are ~5 minutes apart on foot, so feel free to get on / off the shuttle at either hotel.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes - there is a large parking lot at the Saturn Club.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather depending, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing will be outdoors. Dinner will be indoors.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate.

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

The reception ends at 11 PM and we welcome all guests to our after-party. The after-party is at the Saturn Club immediately following the reception and ends at 1 AM.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are so excited to have you join our special day and your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for. If you feel inclined to give us a wedding gift, you can find ideas under the Registry page or a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be very much appreciated.
