When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly respond by August 15th at the latest to confirm your attendance.

How far is the ceremony from the reception?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church which is right outside of Sea Pines. It's less than a 10 minute drive from the reception. Parking is available at Holy Family and the Harbour Town Clubhouse.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is Black Tie Optional. For men, a tuxedo or a black suit with a tie. For women, a formal gown or a long dress is best.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Yes! Sea Pines takes allergies very seriously so please indicate when submitting RSVP. We will also have a vegetarian option as well. The food will also be entirely gluten free except for a couple of hors d'oeuvres.

Are Ubers/Lyfts available in Hilton Head?

Answer

While they are limited, and may take some time to arrive, both Uber and Lyft are available on the Island. We also recommend the following taxi services: Yellow Transportation: http://www.yellowtransportationhhi.com & Best of Hilton Head https://www.thebestofhiltonhead.com/services/shuttle

What is the transportation schedule?

Answer

We are excited to provide trolley transportation for our guests on our wedding day, September 26. TO THE CEREMONY: Two trolleys will pick up from the Harbour Town Clubhouse (11 Lighthouse Lane, Sea Pines). Departure: between 2:45–3:00 pm → please arrive by 2:45 pm to ensure you don’t miss the ride. One trolley will pick up from the Courtyard Marriott. Departure at 3:15 pm. AFTER THE CEREMONY: Trolleys will be available to take guests from Holy Family Catholic Church back to the Harbour Town Clubhouse for the reception. END OF THE NIGHT: Starting at 10:00 pm, a trolley will be on-site the Harbour Town Clubhouse to transport guests that may wish to leave early back to their accommodations in Sea Pines and at the Courtyard Marriott. The trolley will depart at 11:05 pm (end of the reception) to transport guests to their accommodations in Sea Pines and at the Courtyard Marriott. We kindly ask all guests planning to ride the trolleys to be on time for departure.
