Travel Note
The closest airport is White Plains, NY (HPN). However, there are many airports to choose from: - White Plains, NY (HPN) - LaGuardia, NY (LGA) - Newark, NJ (EWR) - John F. Kennedy, NY (JFK)* - Albany, NY (ALB) Tips! For our guests from Minneapolis - there are direct flights from MSP to White Plains, HPN. If the White Plains airport isn't an option, we recommend flying into LaGuardia, then taking an Uber/Lyft/Curb to White Plains. You may also take the train (read more below). LaGuardia airport to White Plains is about a 40 minute drive without traffic. *Kosta and Rose recommend avoiding JFK airport at all costs unless you wish to have a terrible day :).
Train
If you are staying in NYC prior to the wedding, the best way to get to Westchester County is by train. You will need to go to Grand Central Station and take the Metro North train. Arrive 20 minutes in advance for adequate time to walk to your station. The train takes about an hour. There are two train options: 1. Hudson (green): Exit at Irvington station. This station is across the street from our reception venue. This route is the most scenic as it's on the river! 2. Harlem (blue): Exit at White Plains. Don't hesitate to ask Rose and Kosta for help!
