Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4PM. We suggest guests to arrive about 15 minutes early to get settled and grab a seat. Guests taking the bus from Seattle (see transportation below) just need to arrive at Level hotel a few minutes beforehand, ready for a prompt 2:30PM departure

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We recognize many of our friends and family will be traveling to Seattle for our wedding and have provided bus transport to and from the hotel block to venue on Saturday. Both guests staying at the hotel block at Level and those not staying in the hotel block are welcome to use the bus transport The bus will leave promptly from Level at 2:30pm. Please plan to be downstairs and ready to board the bus 2:20pm-ish. From the venue, we will have 2 departures back to Seattle - an early departure at 8pm and a final departure at 10pm Guests are also welcome to drive - and we encourage anyone drinking that evening to leave their car overnight. We and the venue only ask that you pick your car up by 10am on Sunday as they have an event scheduled the next morning Guests should also feel welcome to take a ride share but given the venue location, they will be quite expensive (think at least $100 one way) and we cannot guarantee there will be much availability from the venue back to Seattle

What is the dress code?

Answer

We suggest cocktail attire. The ceremony will take place on grass, so ladies wanting to wear heels should consider wedges / block heels

What will the weather in Seattle be like?

Answer

While we cannot predict the weather, Seattle goes through a dry season in the summers - which may be unexpected given Seattle's grey and wet reputation! It will likely be around mid 70s with lots of sun. The sun sets at about 9PM in the summer, but once it goes down, the weather will likely dip into the 50s-60s

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, and the only children attending will be family. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!

We are so grateful to all of our friends and family that are making a trip out to our wedding. If you do wish to give a gift, please consider donating towards our honeymoon fund. We are looking forward to a split safari/beach trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar!
