Elevated Cocktail Attire: For ladies, a long evening dress or a more formal cocktail dress with elegant accessories. For gentlemen, a dark suit with a crisp dress shirt and tie, paired with formal dress shoes - be ready to loosen your tie and lose the jacket for the reception!
The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm at Meadowoods. Because it is up the hill from the main resort, we recommend you give yourself time to get there by 4:15 at the very latest, so that you can account for any time you may need to wait for the shuttle.
If you are staying anywhere on the Seven Springs property, including cabins outside of the main lodge, their shuttle will be able to pick you up and take you wherever you need to go. There will also be a shuttle running from the main lodge to and from the ceremony site, Meadwoods, before and after the ceremony. Please see the "Travel" tab for further details.
Yes, there is lots of free parking all around the resort! There is a parking lot up by Meadowoods, the ceremony site, as well as a large parking lot by the main lodge and Winterberry, the reception site.
We have a registry through Zola on this website- go to the Registry tab! Most of our items are linked through an external website. You can pay for the gift through Zola and we will complete the purchase ourselves. We also have several cash funds for different needs and activities of ours, since we have been living together for several years and may not need all the typical essentials you might usually see on a registry!
