We ask that those pulling trailers or campers have 4WD as the road up to the property is long and winding, and we want to ensure you get here and get home safe and sound! Those just coming for the day do not need 4WD. Please make sure to take Fort Ross Rd with CAUTION as some areas are one lane wether you are pulling a trailer or not.
We are keeping the day casual and fun! It will be a BBQ dinner with lawn games and a live band. We recommend avoiding heels and wearing comfortable clothing and footwear!
Sunset will be around 8:00pm the evening of the wedding so we recommend those who wish to make it back to their hotels leave no later than 7:30pm, and if you are heading back into Santa Rosa, head out no later than 7:00pm.
We will have an extra tent or two set up for the sole purpose of keeping everyone safe! If you plan on having a few glasses of wine or beer to celebrate we recommend bringing an overnight bag just as a precaution!
we will have a restroom trailer available but no showers available for those who choose to camp overnight.
If you want to bring your camper, please note it will be dry camping and we won’t have water or electrical hook ups available!
We understand camping isn’t for everyone!! We are setting up a camping area for those who wish to camp, but for those that prefer not to camp, we recommend looking at the gorgeous waterfront hotels located closest to the ranch!
The venue is a large open area with plenty of space for social distancing, we ask those that can quarantine two weeks beforehand do so. We will have a couple of people in the wedding party who will be flying in right before the wedding however. And we fully understand if this affects your ability to join us.
