Seating
3:45 pm - 4:15 pm
Please plan to arrive no later than 4:15 PM to be seated. We recommend arriving as soon as possible in anticipation of anything that may cause a delay.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Drinks will be served from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Craft beer and wine will be available for guests. During cocktail hour, the wedding party and immediate family will be working with the photographer.
Dinner
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
We will have the option of either roast beef or Swiss chicken as the main entree, along with roasted red peppers, green bean casserole, and a side garden salad.
Reception
7:00 pm - 9:45 pm
Use this time to dance your heart out and celebrate our marriage!
Grand Exit
10:00 pm
We will give guests either sparklers or LED star sparkler wands depending on the weather (to avoid the risk of starting a fire) for our grand exit.
