We love how the river meets the beach at this location. It is also less crowded than popular Carmel Beach closer to downtown!
The Sur House

If you have an extra day and plan to head up to Big Sur we recommend this restaurant inside the hotel. The view in this restaurant is exceptional. Reservations recommended.
