We both ended up at the beach the same weekend. He met my parents for the first time. We went to Ripley's Believe it or Not aquarium and had dinner with my parents. To end the night, we took a walk on the beach. We sat in the sand to watch the waves, and he asked me to be his girlfriend. It was the most romantic day!

We went to the beach with my family on our annual family vacation. The vacation landed on our anniversary, so Dylan planned to get a photographer to take pictures of us on the beach. He had been wanting to do this, so I thought nothing of it. His parents were also planning to be at the beach to go shopping for the weekend. They did this every so often, so again I didn't think anything of it. The day of our anniversary, we went to eat with both of our parents, then we came back to get ready for the pictures. To start the session off, Dylan and I were taking pictures together. Dylan had told me previously that he wanted me to take some pictures of just me as well. The photographer told me to look at the ocean and he was going to take some pictures. He then told me to turn around and when I did, Dylan was on one knee and asked me to marry him. Of course, I said YES!
