Once here there are many avenues to get into Denver or Golden (where all the festivities will be held). Train
We've taken the RTD heaps of times! I recommend downloading the app and using that to get around, this will likely be your most affordable option and can be fun to see more of Colorado as you go. 1. From DEN to Denver Union Station: Board the A Line commuter train at the Denver Airport Station, which will take you directly to Denver Union Station. Trains depart approximately every 15 minutes, and the journey takes about 37 minutes. If you have time, check out Wynkoop Brewery across the street, it's one of our favorite places! 2. From Denver Union Station to Golden: At Union Station, transfer to the W Line light rail heading toward the Jefferson County Government Center-Golden Station. The W Line departs from Union Station Light Rail Plaza and travels westbound. 3. From Jefferson County Government Center-Golden Station to Your Destination in Golden: Upon arrival at the Jefferson County Government Center-Golden Station, you have a couple of options to reach your final destination in Golden. FlexRide Service: RTD offers a FlexRide service in the Golden area, providing on-demand transit within specific service areas. You can book a ride by calling RTD's customer care at 303-299-6000 or by booking online. The FlexRide operates Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
