Check out the "Travel" section of our wedding website for preferred rates at the Elements Hotel, located just a 2-3 minute walk from The Fiesta, where our ceremony and reception will be held. Exclusive rates, including daily breakfast, are available from August 21–25, 2025. Reserve by July 21, 2025, to secure the preferred rate using the link in the "Travel" section and the code WWR when booking online, through the Bonvoy app, or by calling (201) 460-0790. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. For those arriving on Saturday, the ceremony begins around 5:00 PM. As a Marriott property, Bonvoy members can earn points (or sign up to start earning!). The hotel features an outdoor lounge with a grilling area, firepits, and an indoor swimming pool.

Tips for vendors like waitstaff, bartenders, and entertainers are optional but warmly welcomed as a gesture of gratitude.
