A Business Interview on the First Date?

Kollin and Rosanna met the only way wholesome people meet nowadays... Hinge. The first date was held at The Brass Onion on a Tuesday, where Kollin would say the date felt like an interview. He was hit with all the tough questions; What are you morals/values? What are your intentions? Are you religious? Do you want kids? Etc... Rosanna was dating to marry. Apparently, this did not scare Kollin enough to back down from a second date, where Rosanna wasn't all business. A couple months later, the relationship was put to the test... meeting the family. Rosanna met Kollin's family (parents and one brother) over dinner at his parents house. Things went well, conversation flowed, and they liked her enough to approve of the relationship. Now the way Kollin met Rosanna's family was awkward, to say the least. Rosanna wheeled him in like a show-and-tell and he greeted the family. After a silent minute of the Arias family staring at their new token gringo, she wheeled him out the door to go on another date to the Nelson-Atkins Muesum. Rosanna just isn't the best at introductions... Over the past 2 years, the relationship grew and both families approved of Kollin and Rosanna's relationship, the thought of popping the question was a popular subject for both families. After a long guys weekend with Rosanna's brothers, Kollin stopped at her parents house on the way back home. Hungover and tired after a 2 day bender, Kollin asked her father for her hand in marriage and his blessing. Spoiler: He said yes! On October 11, 2025, on a friend's trip to Table Rock Lake, Kollin got down on one knee, trembling with fear. His mind went blank and he couldn't even remember her whole name. So he simply asked: "Rosie, Will you Marry Me?" With her close friends watching she responded: "YES!...Are you sure?!?!" he had to say "Yes I'm sure" a bunch of times. Tears were shed, laughter was had, and drinks were drank. And the best is yet to come...
