Answer

Many of you will travel long distances to share our wedding day with us, so please do not feel obliged to get us anything else! 💕

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive around 3:30, ceremony will begin at 4:00 promptly. The ceremony will be outside and there are no assigned seating, just sit where you like ☺️

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot at the ceremony site, it is a public park, but we will have signs set up and most people in town are respectful on leaving spaces open. There is an additional parking lot across from the main road that is also public parking for the area. Carpooling is encouraged.

Things to do in town?

Answer

Old Mill District is an outdoor mall that has walking trails along the River. Beautiful area to hang out at with a few restaurants with waterfront views. Downtown (Wall St and Bond St) has cute little shops and good restaurants that also is near the waterfront where there’s a trail to the River. Galveston St and Northwest Crossing has many breweries and restaurants if you are looking for options.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

We are planning on having a BBQ the night before and a brunch the day after. Please let us know if you would like to attend these. More info should be updated on the website as we get closer.
