Attire Suggestions: Garden party Formal. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear pants paired with a collared shirt or a suit jacket (a jacket is optional). Ladies may wish to opt for block heels, as both the ceremony and reception will take place on the grass.
Shuttle Information: Shuttles will depart from the Best Western Premier Route 97 Vernon and Prestige Hotel Vernon at: • 2:30 PM • 3:15 PM Please carefully review the shuttle assignment list. It is extremely important that you know which shuttle you have been assigned to and arrive on time for that shuttle. Transportation capacity is very limited, and guests have been assigned to specific shuttles accordingly. If you miss your assigned shuttle, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the venue. Some of you have already spoken with us and are arranging alternate transportation. If your name does not appear on the list below and you require a spot on a shuttle, please let us know. Parking Information Please note that there is NO PARKING available at the venue. A chance to stop by and visit before guests head out of town, we’re looking forward to spending time with our friends and family and thanking everyone for making the trip to celebrate with us. This will be a casual, drop-in gathering—please feel free to come by anytime between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Brunch and lunch will be provided, and drinks will be available throughout. Please note that parking is limited, so we kindly encourage guests to stagger their arrival times to help ensure availability and to carpool. Please indicate if you will be attending from 11-1pm or 1-3pm due to limited capacity.
