The ceremony begins at 3:00 PM so we highly recommend our guests to arrive around 2:40 PM.

We ask that our guests abide by our semi-formal dress code, but we want you to feel comfortable so if there is something that you would prefer that's fine with us!
All of the events listed will be taking place indoors at The Villa in East Bridgewater. The ceremony and reception will be held in the Madeira room and cocktail hour will be served in the designated cocktail hour area.
Yes! There is a whole parking lot that you can park your vehicles in for free next to the main entrance to the venue.
To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children, aside from children in the wedding party, attend the ceremony and reception.
We will be having light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a two-course plated dinner and dessert, with an extra surprise late night snack at the end of the night!
On our RSVP form we will have an area where you can list your dietary restrictions/allergies. We will then let our wedding coordinator know, who will inform the chef preparing all the meals, and they will then prepare the same meal for said person separately, changing whatever ingredients that need to be changed to accommodate for said person. If you have any extra concerns please feel free to reach out to our coordinator, we will update this FAQ with the number you can use reach our coordinator soon.

Yes! We have booked hotel blocks for the night of the 26th at the Residence Inn by Marriott Boston/Bridgewater. If you would like to reserve a room you can call and say that there are rooms blocked off for the Resendes-Melanson wedding. If you have any further questions about the rates or provided amenities you may call and ask the hotel. The address is 2020 Pleasant St. Bridgewater, MA 02324 and the phone number is 844-207-4212.
We ask that our guests leave cameras at home and refrain from using cell phones to take photos to post on social media during our ceremony. The wedding photographer will capture the special moments and we will gladly share those images with you. During the reception you are welcomed to use your phone to take photos and post on social media using the hashtag #meanttobemelanson, so we can have a designated area on social media to go and explore the experience through our guests eyes.
We will have a tab on our website that we welcome all of our guests to use to RSVP to our wedding to make it easier not only on the guests, but for the bride and groom to collect them all with ease. If you do have any problems with RSVPing online please don't hesitate to reach out to the bride or groom.

As much as we'd love linens and dinnerware, we've dedicated our registry to securing a down payment for our future home. If you're able, you can contribute as much or as little as you can, and if not, your presence on our big day is enough. Either way, we're so grateful for each and every one of you.
