We met at Goldstein's Mortuary & Delicatessen bar on Saturday November 11, 2017. We connected over our love of travel, family, laughter, music, and food (especially garlic). Over the next few months we fell in love with each other and each other's families. On Friday November 9, 2018 Carlos surprised Rosalie after work with some sparkling wine, some dancing, and an engagement proposal. Rosalie said YES and now we want to celebrate our wedding with you all!
