What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive a few minutes early to find a seat.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue size limitations, only those named on your invitation can be accommodated.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please include any specific needs on your RSVP, we will communicate them to the catering team.

Is there parking available for the ceremony?

Answer

Ample on-site parking is available at Mt. Hood Meadows.

Question

Is there transportation between the hotels and the ceremony?

Answer

We've arranged transportation to and from Cooper Spur Mountain Resort on our wedding day. The shuttle will pick you up from the resort before the ceremony and will bring you back for the after party.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to "The (Last Name) Family", this includes your children. Please let us know if they will be joining us when you RSVP!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you are not staying at Cooper Spur Mountain Resort, we recommend hotels in Hood River. There are also numerous cabin rentals and campsites in the area.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our celebration is the greatest gift of all, and we truly don’t expect anything more. If you do wish to give, we’ve set up a honeymoon fund, which you can find under the registry tab on our website.
