On February 12th, 2017... God had a homesick Florida boy, and an Illinois girl cross paths for the first time. Five days later during a youth night, they had their first conversation. Later that night, it was then DeVaughn knew Rosa was going to be his wife. As he admired her, began to get to know her, and pursue her... she was very in denial and quick to say no. He was very patient with her and didn't give up. As time passed, she noticed he was always there from the beginning. He never left her mind when she opened her eyes. She loved him the whole time and didn't want to confess it. When she did everything started from there on. After a first date which consisted of Greek food, and a trip to Home Depot... the rest was history. Here we are today! Thank you to all of our friends, families, leaders, who have been there all of the way. Most importantly... thank God. We love and appreciate you all.
