Denver International Airport

Denver International Airport, locally known as DIA, is an international airport in the Western United States primarily serving Denver, Colorado. If you are coming in from out-of-town, this is the airport you should be arriving at.

Train

The A Line

At a cost of $10 each way, travelers can use the A Line to get from the airport to downtown Denver and vice versa, courtesy of the Regional Transportation District (RTD), metro Denver's public transit provider. Trains leave every 15 minutes between 5 a.m. and 8 p.m. and every 30 minutes outside of those hours. Where and How to Buy a Ticket Mobile ticketing is the easiest way to buy tickets. The RTD app allows you to connect to other RTD resources for trip planning. Tickets can also be purchased on rail line platforms at ticket vending machines, inside DEN or Union Station, or at any RTD sales outlet. Where to Catch the A Line Airport: The location is right by the new Westin Denver International Airport Hotel. Downtown/Union Station: 1701 Wynkoop St. From Union Station, travelers can access additional local and regional transportation services, such as light rail, regional and local buses, Amtrak rail service, taxis, the free 16th Street Mall shuttle (MallRide), and free downtown MetroRide buses that provide access to most downtown hotels. Union Station itself is a beautiful 1914 Beaux-Arts building and the location of several hip, locally owned restaurants, bars, shops, and hotels.
