Select the nights you want to stay in the hotel. Please select a date(s) between 6/24 to 6/27. 3.) Book your room(s) 4.) You must book a room within the hotel block before 5/24/2021, 30 days before the wedding. No reservations for rooms within the block at the negotiated rate will be accepted after 5/24/2021. Don’t wait until 5/24 to book your room. Several weddings from the Summer of 2020 were pushed out to the Summer of 2021 which will cause hotels to fill up quickly. Book early to ensure your spot! 5.) Shuttle

Shuttle from the StayBridge Hotel to the Ceremony and Back

June 26, 2021 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

1.) The first shuttle for the bridal party will leave the Staybridge Hotel at 2:30 pm and go to Arrowhead 2.) The first shuttle for wedding guests will pick up at the Staybridge Hotel at 3:30 pm and go to Arrowhead Golf Course 3.) The last shuttle for wedding guests to make it to the ceremony will leave the hotel at 4:30 pm 4.) The shuttle will not run from 5 - 8 pm 5.) The first shuttle back will leave Arrowhead at 8 pm, and drop off at the hotel at 8:30 6.) The second shuttle back will leave Arrowhead at 9 pm, and drop off at the hotel at 9:30 pm 7.) The third shuttle back will leave Arrowhead at 10 pm, and drop off at the hotel at 10:30 pm 8.) The last shuttle back will leave Arrowhead at 11:00 pm, and drop off at the hotel by 11:30 pm
