La Zona Colonial is a very historic and walkable area. It is located about 30 minutes away from Santo Domingo (SDQ) airport. It is tourist friendly and has many airbnb and affordable hotel options. Our venue will have valet parking included for our guests so if you do have a rental car and are staying outside of the Zona, you will have a place to park. Below are a few recommendations from our experience:

3 minute walk from venue. Breakfast included. Parking included.
We really enjoy our stay here every time we've visited.

5 minute walk from venue. On the more expensive end.
Beautiful hotel with so many places for pictures!
If you are looking for an airbnb in the area, use Plaza Maria de Toledo as the destination and KahKow Experience as the marker.
