Answer

International guests and those staying at the hotel: The shuttle departs at 2:00 PM from the JW Marriott Hotel in Miraflores and will depart after midnight to return.

Question

Can I bring my children? Can I bring my children?

Answer

We understand some guests may be traveling with children, so here’s what you should know: The venue is in a remote outdoor location, with limited access to pharmacies, hospitals, and transportation. The return shuttle departs after midnight, and the hotel is about 40 minutes to 1 hour away, depending on traffic. There are bungalows inside the venue where children can rest. While no supervision is automatically provided, we can arrange for a nanny upon request to care for your child during the wedding. Please reach out if you would like this option. We truly appreciate your understanding!

The easiest and safest option is to use one of the authorized taxi services inside the Lima airport terminal. While Uber works in Lima, it requires leaving the airport to meet your driver, which is not recommended, especially if arriving late or carrying luggage.

Question

Are there any planned activities before or after the wedding? Are there any planned activities before or after the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We're planning a post-wedding trip to Machu Picchu, and all guests are welcome to join. Here's the tentative plan: Monday, March 2: Flight from Lima to Cusco, rest and acclimate to the altitude. Dinner and overnight stay in Cusco. Tuesday, March 3: Take the Inca Rail to Aguas Calientes, followed by a short bus ride to Machu Picchu. Explore the site (about 2 hours), return the same way, and spend another night in Cusco. Wednesday, March 4: Fly from Cusco to Lima, then back to the U.S. More details will be shared soon!
