When and where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony & reception will be held at Green Villa Barn at 3215 independence Hwy, OR 97351. Ceremony will begin at 4:30pm

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask everyone to RSVP by March 25th 2025. Due to us working with venders & venues this is very important. Anyone who has not rsvp’d by this date will unfortunately be marked as “unable to attend”. Thank you for understanding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our Ceremony is set to start at 4:30. Please arrive around 4:00pm for guest book signing and to find seating. 🤍

Cash or Card?

Answer

This venue is a ATM free event meaning they do not accept cards and do not have nearby ATM machines. Guest are encouraged to bring cash for tips & drink expenses.

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

Everyone unable to attend will be missed but we understand! Please mark “unable to attend” on your RSVP! You can also reach out to the bride or groom for extra communication!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately children the age 7 & below we kindly ask to stay behind. We encourage parents to find a sitter and come join us for an adult night! Alcohol will be involved so please plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately unless prior approval no unaccounted guest are welcomed as we have a set budget for our guest invited. Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a huge lot for parking behind the building that is for guest to park in. Please do not park in front of the barn! Thank you

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Currently we have a registry with Amazon, Walmart & here on Zola!

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Alcohol will be served at the wedding. Venue bartenders will be serving and observing all alcohol. The venue will be serving multiple choices of beer &/or wine/champagne at $5 a cup. Please bring cash for payment. We ask that attendee’s know your limit and plan accordingly for a safe drive home. The venue is located on a dark & windy road at night so please plan appropriately.

Is there a dress code?

Our dress code for the wedding & the ceremony is cocktail attire in your most favorite spring color to lighten up with the sunny spring season! Absolutely no white. Thank you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to do special requests but we are offering multiple choices through the courses of foods and desserts. Our main dinner will have different meat options, as will dessert. Each person will also individually apply their own toppings to their liking as well.

Can we have phones?

Answer

Phones are definitely allowed! We would even love to see videos, photos take through out the night. We just ask they are limited use during the ceremony & all photos, videos wait to be posted until after the bride & groom have been able to do so first. The couple would love to see others point of view and would love guest to send their pictures/videos to them as well!
