Rosie & Yabetza met in peculiar circumstances. While waiting at a baggage claim at the airport, Yabetza’s husband saw Rosie’s dog wearing a dress. He thought it was funny and as soon as her and her sister heard him speak Spanish they freaked out! Their accents were familiar, they couldn’t believe after years of living in Ann Arbor they found another set of Puerto Ricans. They immediately formed a friendship and have been part of the family ever since.
