When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by Saturday, August 1. As we must submit final counts to our vendors shortly after, we will miss you and assume you are unable to attend if we don't hear from you by then. We truly hope you can celebrate with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our dress code is Black-Tie Optional. We invite guests to dress up with us in a tuxedo or dark suit and tie, a floor-length gown, an elegant midi-length dress, or a formal jumpsuit or pantsuit. Color and pattern is encouraged. We want all of our family and friends to wear something that makes them feel beautiful, confident, and ready to hit the dance floor!

Can I bring a date?

We wish we could invite everyone, but due to venue capacity constraints, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. We deeply appreciate your love and understanding, and we look forward to celebrating together soon!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our larger celebration on September 12 an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to recommend local childcare options if needed. However, we are delighted to welcome children to join us for our Wedding Mass on September 11!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be begin at 5:30 pm. Please plan to arrive between 5:00 pm and 5:20 pm to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from our hotel blocks. Shuttles are available for guests who requested access on their RSVP form. Details are available below. SHUTTLE SERVICE Holiday Inn Guest Pick-up 4:50 PM Hampton Inn Guest Pick-up 5:00 PM Return Shuttles Begin at 9:30 PM For guests who'd like to drive, complimentary parking is available at the venue.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors on a stamped concrete patio. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will feature both indoor and outdoor spaces for everyone to enjoy. Dinner and dancing will take place completely indoors.
