The rooftop bar at our hotel/venue! You'll probably find us here Friday night to kick off the celebration.
Ink N Ivy
This is a trendy bar/restaurant perfect for a sit-down meal followed by cocktails & entertainment on the patio. Typical of Charlotte, you're only a "stone's throw" away from other popular bars and restaurants.
The Epicentre
This is a very popular entertainment spot in Charlotte. There are several bars, restaurants & bowling all in one place! Things get a little crowded at night so little ones should clear out before the bar scene gets too crazy. There's a CVS and Walgreens pharmacy not too far from here JIC.
Merchant & Trade
This one comes with a dress code but the view is worth the effort! Merchant & Trade is one of Charlotte's newest rooftop bars and clearly one of the best. Enjoy small plates and cocktails while taking in the Charlotte skyline and Romare Bearden Park.
Nuvole Rooftop TwentyTwo
Another rooftop favorite! Nuvole has craft cocktails & small plates with a killer view near the Epicenter.
Discovery Place Science
A perfect place to explore with the kids! Discovery Place is a science museum Uptown that's an easy way to kill a few hours and beat the heat. There's a Brixx pizza nearby or you can eat at the museum.
Carowinds
You'll need a car rental for this one. Carowinds is a theme park just outside Charlotte with a water park on site (Pro tip: always opt for the fast pass). If you're not flying out on Sunday this would be a great day trip with your family!
Duckworth's Grill & Taphouse Uptown
Duckworth's is a sports bar & grill with a TON of TV's and extensive craft beer list. A good spot to catch a few games and wander around Uptown before the ceremony.
SouthPark Mall
