We're excited to share our day with you at a special place located only 20 mins from where Rory grew up in Yorkshire, England.
Goldsborough Hall, once home to Princess Mary, the Queen’s aunt, is a 17th-century stately home steeped in royal history and Yorkshire heritage. Built in 1625 for Sir Richard Hutton, it has welcomed kings, queens, and dignitaries across the centuries. In 1922, it became a royal residence when King George V gifted it to his daughter Princess Mary on her marriage. Nestled in beautifully landscaped gardens and surrounded by rolling countryside, the Hall blends Jacobean architecture with grand interiors and timeless charm. Lovingly restored in recent years, Goldsborough remains a private residence and offers an intimate, elegant setting—perfect for celebrating love, family, and the magic of a truly special day.
