All of Troy was basically shut down because of the Snowpocalypse of 2014, and you had to walk to get anywhere! I probably walked over a mile to a friend's apartment where I first laid eyes on Camden as I walked in the door. I pretty much decided from that moment on that I wanted him to be mine, and six years later, he is!

After a few frozen mojitos and LOTS of queso at Cocina Superior, we went to the Pizitz to watch the Thunder on the Mountain firework show for the 4th of July. While we were watching the firework show, Camden leaned over and whispered that he loved me all the while holding the ring box behind his back. He then got down on one knee and popped the question! I barely gave him the chance to get the words out before I started jumping up and down, screaming yes! The whole crowd watching the fireworks starting clapping and cheering, and it truly was the best moment!
