When should I RSVP by?

Between 3:45-4:10PM. Please be seated at 4:15PM.

Rain?

Answer

Yes. If it rains, please still arrive at the Wind in the Willows venue. The venue host will provide directions to re-route you to the Chapel down the road.

Dress code?

Answer

This event is cocktail attire. Think fancy garden party! Ties are optional, but at a minimum we ask that guests wear a shirt that a tie could be worn with. The bridal party will be wearing earthy/natural greens, and the groom and groomsmen will be wearing navy.

Can I bring a date?

Please only bring a +1 if it has been indicated on your invitation.

Parking?

Answer

There is ample parking at the venue, but we will also be providing a shuttle to and from the hotels. We encourage you to use the shuttle if you plan on drinking. For more shuttle information, please see the "Travel" section. Please note that the shuttle will NOT be provided for SpringHill Suites. If you leave your car at the venue, it must be picked up by 10:00AM Saturday morning.

Can I choose another hotel?

Answer

There are plenty of hotels closer to downtown Hershey. Keep in mind that they are more expensive in the summertime due to Hersheypark tourism.

Are kids welcome?

We ask that the little tots be left at home.
