FAQs

Question

'What's the dress code?"

Answer

We are recommending renfaire attire! We highly recommend you dress like you are going to a renfaire. This includes but isn't limited to dresses, skirts, kilts, armor, wings, horns, and more! We ask that you avoid wearing the colors Silver and Red (especially dark red). Unlike a traditional wedding the color white is not off limits if it is appropriate to theme! >>Masculine Pinterest Board for ideas https://pin.it/3JgmDa5Jl >>Feminine Pinterest Board for ideas https://pin.it/6UW34XpHI

Question

"Can I bring (insert persons under age of 18)?"

Answer

The short answer is no. We are doing a fully child free wedding. As much as I love my nephews, nieces, and unrelated gremlins with all my heart we are doing a fully child free wedding with no exceptions. There is going to be alcohol and props that may be a risk to small children. We want all the adults to enjoy and relax without any need to monitor themselves around the children.

Question

"Can I bring a +1?"

Answer

Unfortunately unless it was explicitly written on the invitation we can not accommodate extra's. As much as we would love to have everyone join us for the festivities we do have to limit our numbers!

Question

"Can I take cellphone photo's and video?"

Answer

We do ask that during the ceremony you do not take cell phone photo's or video. We have hired someone to do this and during the ceremony we ask you refrain from using your devices too. That said during the reception we encourage photo's, videos, and more!
