Wedding Ceremony

Formal Attire
The wedding will commence at 11:15am. Guests are welcome to remain in the garden post ceremony for a mimosa and to take pictures. The reception will start immediately following the ceremony at the Zhou B. Arts Center. Shuttles will be provided. Please reference the Travel tab for parking and travel details.
Wedding Reception Brunch
12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
1029 W. 35th Street, Chicago, IL 60609
Formal Attire
The reception will take place on the second floor of the Zhou B. Arts Center. Staff will direct you where to go. Please feel free to wander and view the art as you make your way to the reception area. The bar will open at noon, passed hors d'oeuvres will commence at 12:15pm. Brunch will be buffet style. Please indicate on your RSVP if you have any food sensitivities or allergies.
Evening Dinner Reception
4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
730 S. Clark Street, 7th Floor, Chicago, IL 60605
This is an open event. Guests are welcome to come and go whenever they please.
At this point, the formal wedding festivities have concluded. Anyone wanting to continue the party, Rob and Sarah invite all, to join them for an evening of fun. For those planning on attending both the Evening Dinner Reception and the Night Time Afterparty, we encourage you to first freshen up after the Brunch Reception and change at the hotel, and then take a cab over when you're ready. For those that have kids staying in the city, they are welcome to attend this portion of the event. For those not planning on attending the Night Time Afterparty but wanting to attend this Evening Dinner Reception, we encourage you to drive (reference the Travel tab for parking details) or take a cab/Uber immediately following the Wedding Reception. When you arrive, please check in at the front desk for the Vaughan Party, they will direct you to the 7th floor. Outdoor games, music and beverages for all ages will be provided. A food truck will be available at 6pm to purchase dinner.
