Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 1st.

Question

What's the schedule for the day?

Answer

4 pm - 5 pm: Wedding Ceremony at First Congregational Church in Bristol. CT. 5 pm - 6 pm: Cocktail hour at Ventanas Bar and Restaurant in Bristol, CT. 6 pm - 10 pm: Wedding Reception at Ventanas Bar and Restaurant in Bristol, CT.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm. We ask everyone to arrive and be seated for the 4 pm start.

Question

How do I get to and from the wedding?

Answer

Each family will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the wedding, as we will not be providing shuttle service from the hotel. Your safety is very important to us, so if you plan to drink during the celebration, we strongly encourage using a ride-sharing service or designating a sober driver.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception locations both have parking available.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our favorite people, and we truly wish we could extend the invitation to everyone special in your lives. That said, we’ve had to make some thoughtful decisions around our guest list and venue space. Each invitation reflects exactly who is invited including whether a plus-one is included. If your RSVP allows you to respond for a guest, we’d be thrilled to welcome them! We hope this clears up any confusion, and we’re truly grateful for your understanding. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we would truly enjoy celebrating with all of your families, we’ve had to make some thoughtful decisions about our guest list and venue space. Each invitation reflects exactly who is invited, including whether children are included. If your RSVP allows you to respond for your children, then they are warmly welcome to join us! We hope this helps avoid any confusion, and we’re so grateful for your understanding. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to come dressed in cocktail attire, semi-formal, festive, and fun! But more than anything, we want you to feel comfortable and ready to celebrate with us. If that means something a little more relaxed or something you can really dance in, go for it! Your presence means the most, not the outfit.

Question

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible so we can inform the caterer so it can be accommodated.
