Can I bring a guest?

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest friends and family. Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate those formally invited on the invitation.

Are children invited?

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adult celebration. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a night to relax and enjoy! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

Is there a dress code?

Yes, Formal Attire is requested so dress to impress!

Will you have transportation available?

Answer

We will have a trolley that will pick up guests from The Hampton Inn Historic Harbor Front starting at 3pm and bring guests back to downtown Fernandina Beach following the wedding. We ask that you please let us know if you will be using our provided transportation so we can get a head count for our drivers. There will be limited parking at the venue. We ask that you utilize the transportation provided or recommend using a ride share.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and our photographers to be able to capture the best moments.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

With the ceremony starting promptly at 4pm, we recommend arriving no later than 3:40pm to ensure you are seated on time.
